Fixed-Fee Projects

Best for clearly scoped deliverables with a defined timeline. You know the cost before we start, and we deliver against an agreed work plan. Ideal for financial models, diligence engagements, and AI readiness assessments.

Monthly Retainers

Best for ongoing advisory needs where priorities shift month to month. A retained arrangement gives you consistent access to senior support for budget oversight, AI implementation, or strategic counsel across multiple initiatives.

Advisory on Demand

Best for targeted questions or second opinions that don't require a full engagement. Book a focused session when you need expert input on a specific decision, document, or negotiation point.

Common questions

Every engagement begins with a fixed-fee scoping conversation. From there, we offer fixed-fee project pricing, monthly retainers, or hourly advisory rates depending on the nature and duration of the work. Pricing is always transparent and agreed upon before the engagement starts.

Our work is advisory in nature, not brokerage. We do not represent buyers or sellers in transactions and do not earn commissions. Our scope focuses on financial analysis, diligence, and strategic counsel rather than listing or selling properties.

Discretion is our default operating mode. We offer mutual NDAs at the outset of every engagement and treat all client information as strictly confidential. References are available upon request from past clients who have authorized us to share their experience.

Timelines depend on scope. A focused financial model may take two to three weeks, while a full diligence engagement can run six to eight weeks. Discovery calls are complimentary and typically last about 15 minutes, giving us both enough context to determine fit and next steps.
